LUNΛ III
On March 27, 2009, this land was officially recognized as a Legal Reserve, becoming a symbol of commitment to conservation and environmental integrity. Since then, it has remained preserved and untouched, reflecting the harmony between purpose and nature.
Years later, Federal Law No. 12,651/2012, known as the new Forest Code, opened a new chapter in this story. The legislation allowed preserved areas like this one to also generate value, connecting conservation to the green economy. This evolution was consolidated in State Decree No. 44,965/2021, of Amazonas, which regulated the commercial use of these areas for Legal Reserve compensation in the Amazon biome — in accordance with item III and paragraphs 5 and 7 of article 66 of the Brazilian Forest Code.
The property has an approved Legal Reserve Offset Feasibility Report, granted because its native vegetation is fully preserved and complies with all technical and legal requirements for environmental offsetting. The area is located within the Amazon biome.
It is within this context that ΛRΛGÍ operates, joining forces to turn the forest’s potential into positive impact. The brand is committed to advancing the environmental compliance of companies and rural properties, ensuring they are fully aligned with current laws and regulations and contributing to a development model that respects the forest and values those who preserve it.
